Production time: Every pair is hand-painted to order.

Shipping cost: Free worldwide shipping on all orders, with tracking number provided once your order ships.

Tracking: A tracking link will be sent to your email as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Customs & duties: The customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes applied by their country.

Production & Delivery

Every pair is hand-painted to order. Your pair is delivered worldwide within 12–15 days, with tracking included.

Peak Season & Unforeseen Delays

Because every pair is hand-painted to order, production and delivery can take longer than usual during busy periods. This includes major holidays (Christmas, New Year, Lunar New Year, Valentine’s Day, Black Friday and Cyber Monday), and delays caused by customs clearance, postal strikes, extreme weather, natural disasters, civil unrest, or other events outside our control.

During these periods, please allow an extra 1–2 weeks on top of the standard 12–15 day delivery window. If your order is affected we will contact you by email, and you are always welcome to message us on WhatsApp +86 135 3917 3304 or support@animekicks.online for a status update.

Need it by a specific date? Message us before ordering. As a rule of thumb, order at least 5 weeks ahead of any major holiday, and we will confirm whether your date is achievable.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we can reship it after the return shipping cost and a reshipping fee are covered. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it before production starts.
